Sign in. Reach your care team.
A quiet, fast front door to the nine clinics that already know your name. Message your doctor, see lab results in under 35 minutes, and request refills without picking up the phone.
Four practical tools that keep the doctor–patient relationship alive between visits.
We built the portal so your care team is never more than a message away. Same-day questions get a human reply — most within two hours during business hours — and your lab results usually land in your inbox before you leave the parking lot.

01
24/7 messaging
Send a note to your physician or nurse practitioner at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday. Messages are triaged the next business morning; routine questions get a written reply, urgent ones get a same-day phone call.
-
02
Lab results in under 35 minutes
Every clinic runs a CLIA-certified on-site lab. A1C and lipid panels are reviewed by your doctor and released to the portal — with a plain-English note — typically before you've buckled your seatbelt.
-
03
Refill requests, no phone tag
Request a refill from your medication list, pick your preferred pharmacy, and the prescription lands in the queue for your doctor to approve. Most refills are sent within one business day.

04
Mobile, web, and iOS / Android app
The same portal works in your phone's browser, your laptop, and our free app. Your doctor sees the same chart on her end — no duplicate logins, no separate patient ID to remember.
I'd been having weird headaches for a week and didn't want to miss work. I messaged Dr. Patel through the portal at 7 a.m.; she wrote back by 9. My blood pressure log was uploaded from my phone, and by lunch I'd had an ECG at the Brookline clinic. The whole thing felt like someone was actually paying attention.
Encrypted, recoverable, and a real human if something breaks.
-
HIPAA-grade encryption
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256. We never sell, share, or advertise against your health data — and our privacy practices are audited annually.
-
Two-factor authentication
Optional but encouraged. Add a six-digit code from your phone, an authenticator app, or a security key. You'll be prompted the first time you sign in from a new device.
-
Every modern browser & device
Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on the last two major versions. iOS 15+ and Android 10+. The portal gracefully refuses outdated browsers rather than silently breaking.

A human, if login fails
If you can't get in, call +1 (617) 555-0142 Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. Our front desk can reset your password or re-send your activation link while you wait.
"I can't get in." Let's fix that.
Plain-spoken answers to the four things that stop a patient at the sign-in screen. If yours isn't here, the front desk picks up by the third ring.
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot password" on the login card above and enter the email address you gave the front desk. You'll get a reset link within two minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then call us at +1 (617) 555-0142 — we can verify your identity and send a new one while you wait.
I've never registered. Where's my activation link?
Portal invitations go out automatically 24 hours after your first visit. If you've been a patient longer than that and never got one, you may have a separate chart — call the clinic and we'll consolidate. New patients get their link the morning after their first appointment, no extra paperwork.
Can I manage my child's or a parent's account?
Yes. We support proxy access for children under 13 (automatic with a parent's account) and for adult dependents with a signed authorization form on file. Ask the front desk at any visit, or download the proxy form from your portal settings once you're signed in.
App or web — which should I use?
Use whichever is in front of you — they share the same account and the same data. The app (search "HealthcareClinic" in the iOS App Store or Google Play) adds push notifications for new lab results and refill approvals. The web version is better for uploading documents or typing longer messages on a keyboard.
How fast will my lab results actually show up?
Because every clinic runs its own CLIA-certified lab, A1C and lipid panels post to your portal — with a brief note from your doctor — typically within 35 minutes of the draw. Send-out tests (genetics, rare antibodies) take 3–7 days. Anything flagged critical is called to you by phone the same hour.
What if I have an urgent issue — should I message through the portal?
No. The portal is for routine questions, refills, and non-urgent results. For anything you would normally call about — chest pain, shortness of breath, severe injury — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. We are an outpatient primary care group and do not provide emergency or 24-hour inpatient care.
The portal opens after your first visit.
New patients book a 30-minute intake with a primary care physician at any of our nine Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island clinics. Your portal activation link arrives by email the next morning.
